Do you serve clients in Polish?
Yes — Joanna Gwozdz is fully fluent in Polish and English. All communication, documents and consultations can be conducted in Polish.
What is the difference between a trust and a will?
A will takes effect after death and requires court proceedings (probate). A trust works during your lifetime and after death, avoids probate, ensures privacy and gives you more control over how assets are distributed. During a consultation we will advise which solution fits your situation best.
